Hatfield House & Park At Christmas
Looking ahead to next month, let’s head keep things here in Hatfield. Dive into the festive spirit with Hatfield Park’s Woodland Walks and Christmas Decoration Workshops from December 1st to 22nd. Held on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, these festive trails are carefully curated with handcrafted installations by the Park and Gardens Team. Look for the hidden tokens as you wander the enchanting woodlands. After your walk, use these treasures to create a personalised Christmas decoration.
A Palace Visit with Santa
From December 1st to the 22nd, kids will love a magical visit to the Old Palace, where history meets holiday charm. Available on Sundays, each tour includes an engaging journey through the palace with children’s storyteller Alex Shows, who brings the building’s rich history to life, including stories of Queen Elizabeth I’s childhood holiday traditions. Following the tour, meet Santa Claus in the cozy Lower Solar Room, where festive decorations and a warm fireplace make for a perfect holiday setting. Children can take photos with Santa and select a Hatfield Park gift as a keepsake. Each ticket includes a tour, Santa visit, photo, and gift, with up to two supervising parents permitted per child, so everyone can join in the fun.
